An escape game is a realistic experience in which participants are locked in a room and must use elements of the room, the group's collective knowledge and their wits to find clues, solve puzzles and escape and/or find the missing object within a certain amount of time.

Although all the games are themed, it is not intended to scare you. Moreover, the place is not claustrophobic. Anyone who gets too stuffy can always leave the game. To guarantee your safety, cameras are present in every game.

If you don't know what to do for a while, you can always ask for hints.

Don't panic. We have 6 games that can be played approximately simultaneously. So we can accommodate larger groups as well! If you have further questions about this, you are always welcome to contact us.

Because we want to be accessible to everyone, our games are all about solving puzzles and riddles. Physical elements such as crawling or climbing are not involved.

The goal of an escape room is to escape within an hour. Therefore, after one hour, the game is stopped. In order for everything to run smoothly, we ask you to be present 15 minutes before the start of the game. Afterwards, of course, there is also room for post-game discussion.

From previous experience with groups with children, we can provide the following guidelines: Children under the age of 12 are best played with a group of which the majority are adults. Children between 12 and 15 should preferably be accompanied by at least two adults. Children 16 years and older can play perfectly autonomously.

You can. The amount is free to choose and the voucher is valid for one year. Currently, it can only be picked up, but a digital version is in development.

Definitely. In case of a change or cancellation of a reservation you can always give us a call. We always ask you to notify us at least 7 days before your game. If not, we may be forced to charge a cancellation fee.

Ghent is becoming car-free. Fortunately, you can still park your car nearby in Parking Vrijdagmarkt or Parking Reep. Alternatively, you can use public transportation. Both Dampoort Station and Korenmarkt streetcar stop (streetcar line 1) are within walking distance.

We are located near the station of Kortrijk. So it is best to park in the underground parking at the station or in the parking 'Schouwburgplein'.

To keep everything running smoothly, we ask that you be present 15 minutes before the game starts. We use this time to give information and you can still store certain items in one of our lockers.

No worries! When time is up, our game master will come get you and explain what you missed. It's all about the experience - not just escaping! Because even our easiest games present a challenge!
